Payments may be made via a checking or savings account or with a major credit card. If you would like credit card payments enabled please contact us so we can set up your portal to allow these payments.

You can enter your bank account information for a checking or savings account and save it in your tenant portal account. You can make a one time payment or set up a regular recurring payment using links that appear on your Payments tab.

Payments made via a checking or savings account using your account number and routing number incur a $1 fee. If you would like to use a credit card or debit card to make a payment, a convenience fee will be charged. Login to your tenant portal account for more information.

  1. Log into the Tenant Portal by clicking here.
  2. Go to the Payments tab
  3. Click the Setup a recurring payment link.
  4. On the Setup a recurring payment link, complete the form

  3. Click the Make a one time payment link.
  4. On the Make A One Time Payment page, complete the form.
