If you are experiencing an emergency please do not use the internet or on-line forms, call us immediately at 617-807-0700 or call 911 if there is a fire or other life threatening emergency. We are on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Emergencies are considered events that pose an immediate threat to persons or property and if not addressed immediately could lead to greater damage. Some examples of emergencies to call us include:

  • Burglary
  • Fire
  • Leaks
  • Power Failure
  • Elevator Problem
  • No Electricity
  • Burst Pipe

If we need to contact you ahead of time we will do so; otherwise we will send a maintenance technician to your unit within the next 1-2 business days. We want to hear from you if you have a maintenance issue. And we want to make it easy to do. You can either call us during regular business hours or complete our on line Maintenance Request Form.

Not notifying management of a maintenance situation leads to frustration on your part as well as management and could lead to bigger problems if left unattended to. Even what may seem as a small issue may be the start of a larger problem. Don’t assume that someone else has already called because they might be thinking the same thing.

Please note that non-emergency repairs will be scheduled as soon as possible and you should expect one of our maintenance technicians over the next day or so unless it is something that needs urgent addressing. We will however contact you to update you as soon as we’re able to dispatch someone.
